Preparation Notes

DEEP FRYER/ SAUCEPAN

  • Defrosted product: Place the croquettes in oil at 180°C-190°C, 1:30min.
  • Frozen product (recommended): Place the croquettes in oil at 180°C-190°C, 3:30-4:00 min.
  • After frying place croquettes on plate and let them stand for 2:00 min.

Senén’s secret:

Pour some batter savings into the oil. They are ready when they turn golden. Cook the croquettes adjusting the temperature of fryer to desired finish.

(7%), black olives, salt and flavouring], bovine gelatine, rice flour, dextrose, butter (pasteurised cream and lactic ferments), salt and extra virgin olive oil.
