Description

Antonius Caviar presents the pinnacle of gastronomic luxury with its 6-star Siberian caviar. Sourced from the esteemed Acipenser baerii (Siberian sturgeon), a species that yields some of the world's most sought-after caviar, this exquisite offering boasts roe pearls with a diameter ranging between 2.7 to 3.2 mm, manifesting in an opulent palette of black, grey, and nuanced browns to olive. Each pearl is a testament to our meticulous breeding process, taking up to a dozen years, ensuring that only the most mature female sturgeons contribute to this premium line. Adhering to the traditional “Malossol” method, the caviar is delicately salted, accentuating its intense, multifaceted flavor. Harvested from our sustainable family farms in Poland, every tin of Antonius Caviar ensures freshness, authenticity, and a taste of unrivaled excellence.

Culinary Notes

  • Best served chilled to retain its crisp flavor nuances.
  • A perfect accompaniment to premium spirits or dry champagne.
  • Pairs harmoniously with light accompaniments such as blinis and crème fraîche, allowing the caviar's inherent qualities to shine.

Preparation Notes

  • Allow the caviar to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving to optimize flavor.
  • Use non-metallic serving tools such as mother of pearl or bone to maintain the caviar's pristine taste.
  • Once opened, consume within 48 hours to enjoy its peak freshness.
  • Store unopened tins at a temperature between -3°C to +2°C for maximum freshness and flavor.
