Popular Dishes

Chico Malo is known for its excellent meat and seafood selections. If you're a seafood lover, we recommend the shrimp ceviche. The shrimp is fresh caught off the coast of Patagonia and perfectly cooked, and the ceviche is made with a tangy and flavorful blend of citrus and spices. This dish is made with Argentine Red Shrimp, avocado, lime, "michelada," cucumber, onion, and jicama and served with tostadas.

One of the standout beef dishes at Chico Malo is the carne asada. This unique take on the classic Mexican dish features tender, grass-fed, Argentine ribeye "al carbon," Puerco beans, roasted potatoes, 4 Chile salsa, guacamole, and in house-made yellow corn tortillas.

Another hit on the menu is their Argentine grass-fed ribeye entree. This features 16oz bone-in ribeye with mushrooms, chimichurri, roasted corn, and smashed fingerling potatoes. This creative dish adds a twist to the classic steak with traditional Mexican flavors.

Notably, one of the most iconic dishes at Chico Malo is the En Fuego! This dish features a 40oz tomahawk steak, tequila, and fire. If that wasn't enough, Chef Ivan Gonzalez personally delivers and fires up the dish table side.
