500 gr cleaned WC Argentine Beef
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
Tomato paste
White wine
Olive oil
Flour
1 Egg
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 lt beef broth
1 lt chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a pan, season meat with salt and pepper.
Sear meat in the pan, remove and place onions and garlic.
Refresh with wine. Add tomato paste.
Put beef broth and chicken broth in the pan followed by WC Argentine Beef.
Let it cook until tender.
Shred all meat and reserve.
In a pan, place a little bit of butter, add flour. Stir until you have a crème.
Add all meat. Let it cool.
Make meatballs and coat with flour and breadcrumbs.
Deep fry each meatball for a few minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with mustard.
