Lomo Iberico Bellota is a premium boneless pork loin made from Iberico de Bellota pork. It has a rich taste and tender consistency, with nicely marbled, tender flesh and juicy flavor.

Culinary Notes

  • This cut can be cooked in numerous different ways: roasted, stuffed, breaded, fried or grilled.
  • Please bear in mind it has a thin layer of fat on the outside, so we recommend cooking it no more than medium-rare.

Preparation Notes

  • The Ibérico Pork Loin shines when roasted or grilled to perfection.
  • Given its inherent flavors, minimal seasoning is required – a sprinkle of sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and perhaps a touch of garlic or rosemary.
  • Care should be taken to avoid overcooking, ensuring the loin retains its natural moisture.
