The Rodriguez family's story began in 1926 when a Spanish immigrant named Joaquín Rodríguez arrived in Argentina. He became an entrepreneur and quickly became known for his distribution of dulce de leche. The rest of the family joined him shortly afterward, working hard to keep up with demand. In 1972, his son, Ernesto Rodríguez founded the first factory. Now, the company is run by Ernesto and his sons—they uphold their father's commitment to excellence and work with his same passion for doing things right while still using their father's time-honored recipe.
