Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states. Orders ship to street addresses only (no P.O. boxes), because FedEx can't deliver dry-ice packages to them.

Shipping cost
Orders of $200 or more ship free by FedEx 2-Day.
Orders under $200: $35 for FedEx 2-Day, or $50 for FedEx Overnight.
FedEx Overnight is available on any order for $50.

Free local delivery
Free next-day delivery in the Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Phoenix metro areas on orders of $200 or more.

When we ship
We ship Monday through Wednesday only, so your order is never sitting in a depot over a weekend. Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT Monday–Wednesday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT Wednesday ship the following Monday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

How it travels
Every order is packed with dry ice in an insulated box and shipped FedEx, door to door. You'll get a tracking email the day it ships. No signature is required, so please plan to bring the box inside promptly. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take an extra day.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship the week of October 12, 2026, or on the date shown on the product page. If that date changes, we'll email you right away with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Handling dry ice
Dry ice is extremely cold. Don't touch it with bare hands; let it evaporate in a well-ventilated area. Never seal it in an airtight container.
